#### 160 Minister may seek further information from Commonwealth agency (1) The Minister may, by writing, request the chief officer of a criminal law‑enforcement agency to give to the Minister in writing specified information that: (a) the Minister needs in connection with preparing a report under Division 2; and (b) is not contained in a report by the chief officer under section 159. (2) To the extent that it is practicable to do so, the chief officer must comply with the request.
