#### 139AA Dealing in connection with Inspector‑General’s functions (1) A person may, in connection with an IGIS official exercising a power, or performing a function or duty, as an IGIS official, communicate to another person, make use of, or make a record of, the following: (a) lawfully accessed information; (b) information obtained by accessing a stored communication (whether or not that information is lawfully accessed information); (c) preservation notice information; (d) stored communications warrant information. (2) This section applies despite any other provision of this Part.
