#### 109 Access to stored communications under Part 2‑2 warrants In addition to authorising interception of communications, a Part 2‑2 warrant also authorises a person to access a stored communication if: (a) the warrant would have authorised interception of the communication if it were still passing over a telecommunications system; and (b) the person is approved under section 12 in respect of the warrant.
