Telecommunications (Date of Imposition of Charge) Determination 2005

The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY makes this Determination under subsection 18 (2) of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997.

1 Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications (Date of Imposition of Charge) Determination 2005.

2 Commencement

This Determination commences on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

3 Date of imposition of charge

For subsection 18 (2) of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997, 3 April 2005 is determined.

Note If a carriage service provider holds an allocated number at the beginning of a day determined under subsection 18 (2) of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997, charge is imposed on the number. The Act requires the day to be in April.
