10 Carrier licence conditions
(1) Each person that holds a carrier licence at the time this instrument commences, must, at all times during which they are a carrier, comply with the conditions specified in the following sections of this instrument: (a) section 11; (b) section 12; (c) section 13; (d) section 14. (2) In the event that a carrier licence is granted to a specified person any time after this instrument commences, the person must, at all times during which they are a carrier, comply with the conditions specified in the following sections of this instrument: (a) section 11; (b) section 12; (c) section 13; (d) section 14.
