36. Survival of Clauses
36.1 If this Deed is terminated for any reason those clauses that are necessary for the Parties to effectively exercise their rights, and discharge their obligations and responsibilities to each other so as to comply with clauses 17, 18, 20, 24, 25 and 27, will survive the termination of this Deed.
