#### 308 Annual reports to the ACMA by carriers, carriage service providers or number‑database operators (1) If: (a) information or a document is disclosed during a financial year; and (b) either: (i) under section 306 or 306A, a carrier, carriage service provider or number‑database operator makes a record of the disclosure; or (ii) under section 306 or 306A, a carrier, carriage service provider or number‑database operator is given a copy of a record of the disclosure; the carrier, carriage service provider or number‑database operator must, within 2 months after the end of the financial year, give the ACMA a written report relating to the disclosure. (2) The report must set out such information about the disclosure as the ACMA requires.
