#### 305 Authorisations under the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (1) This section applies if: (a) a carrier, carriage service provider or number‑database operator; or (b) an associate of a carrier, carriage service provider or number‑database operator; is notified of an authorisation made under Division 4 or 4A of Part 4‑1 of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979. > Note: Section 184 of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 deals with notification of such authorisations. (2) The carrier, carriage service provider or number‑database operator must retain the notification for 3 years.
