#### 295R Offence of breaching a condition A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is the holder of an authorisation under the integrated public number database scheme; and (b) the person does an act or omits to do an act; and (c) the act or omission breaches a condition of the authorisation. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
