29 Facilities specified in Ministerial determination
(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a specified facility is a network unit for the purposes of this Act. (2) The determination has effect accordingly. (4) To avoid doubt, nothing in the other provisions of this Part limits the power conferred by subsection (1).
