289Knowledge or consent of person concerned

#### 289 Knowledge or consent of person concerned Division 2 does not prohibit a disclosure or use by a person of information or a document if: (a) the information or document relates to the affairs or personal particulars (including any unlisted telephone number or any address) of another person; and (b) the other person: (i) is reasonably likely to have been aware or made aware that information or a document of that kind is usually disclosed, or used, as the case requires, in the circumstances concerned; or (ii) has consented to the disclosure, or use, as the case requires, in the circumstances concerned.
