275A Location information
(1) For the purposes of this Part, information about the location of: (a) a mobile telephone handset; or (b) any other mobile communications device; is taken to be information that relates to the affairs of the customer responsible for the handset or device. (2) For the purposes of this Part, a document about the location of: (a) a mobile telephone handset; or (b) any other mobile communications device; is taken to be a document that relates to the affairs of the customer responsible for the handset or device. (3) This section is enacted for the avoidance of doubt.
