272 Number‑database operator and eligible number‑database person
(1) For the purposes of this Part, a number‑database operator is a person in respect of which a determination is in force under subsection 472(1). (2) For the purposes of this Part, an eligible number‑database person is a person who is: (a) a number‑database operator; or (b) an employee of a number‑database operator; or (c) a number‑database contractor; or (d) an employee of a number‑database contractor.
