#### 271 Eligible person For the purposes of this Part, an eligible person is a person who is: (a) a carrier; or (b) a carriage service provider; or (c) an employee of a carrier; or (d) an employee of a carriage service provider; or (e) a telecommunications contractor; or (f) an employee of a telecommunications contractor.
