#### 151X Consultation—revocation of functional separation undertaking Revocation of standard functional separation undertaking (1) Before making a decision under subsection 151W(1) or (2) to revoke a standard functional separation undertaking given by a person, the ACCC must: (a) give the person a written notice: (i) stating that the ACCC proposes to revoke the undertaking; and (ii) inviting the person to make a submission to the ACCC about the revocation within the time limit specified in the notice; and (b) consider any submission received within the time limit specified in the notice. (2) The time limit must not be shorter than 15 business days after the notice is given. Revocation of joint functional separation undertaking (3) Before making a decision under subsection 151W(6) or (7) to revoke a joint functional separation undertaking given by 2 or more persons, the ACCC must: (a) give each of those persons a written notice: (i) stating that the ACCC proposes to revoke the undertaking; and (ii) inviting those persons to make submissions to the ACCC about the revocation within the time limit specified in the notice; and (b) consider any submissions received within the time limit specified in the notice. (4) The time limit must not be shorter than 15 business days after the notice is given.
