#### 151G Consultation—acceptance or rejection of undertaking Scope (1) This section applies if: (a) a person gives the ACCC a standard functional separation undertaking; or (b) 2 or more persons give the ACCC a joint functional separation undertaking. Consultation (2) Before making a decision to accept or reject the undertaking, the ACCC must: (a) publish on the ACCC’s website a notice: (i) setting out the undertaking; and (ii) inviting persons to make submissions to the ACCC about the undertaking within the time limit specified in the notice; and (b) consider any submissions received within the time limit specified in the notice. (3) The time limit must not be shorter than 15 business days after the notice is published.
