##### 65 Declaration of conditions of particular licences (1) The Minister may by writing declare that a licence specified in the declaration is subject to conditions so specified. (2) A declaration under this section may be included in the licence or may be made while the licence is in force. (3) The Minister may by writing vary or revoke a declaration in force under this section.
