##### 61 Minister may delegate certain powers (1) The Minister may by writing delegate to AUSTEL all or any of the Minister’s functions and powers under this Part (other than section 87P). (2) In the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, delegated under this section, the delegate is subject to the Minister’s directions.
