##### 377 Resolutions without meetings (1) A resolution is taken to have been passed at a meeting of AUSTEL if, without meeting, a sufficient number of members indicate agreement with the resolution in accordance with the method determined by AUSTEL under subsection (2). (2) Subsection (1) applies only if AUSTEL determines that it applies, and determines the method by which members are to indicate agreement with resolutions. (3) In this section: > sufficient number of members means, in relation to a resolution, a majority of the number of members who would have been entitled to vote on the resolution at a meeting of AUSTEL if they had been present at the meeting.
