##### 376 Conduct of meetings (1) AUSTEL may, subject to this Division, regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), AUSTEL may permit a member to participate in a meeting by telephone or any other means of communication. (3) A member who is permitted to participate in a meeting under subsection (2) is taken to be present at that meeting.
