##### 355 Enforcement of licence condition (1) This section applies where a carrier: (a) has engaged in conduct that involves; or (b) proposes to engage in conduct that would involve; a contravention of a condition of a licence held by the carrier. (2) The Minister may apply to the Federal Court for: (a) if paragraph (1)(a) applies—an injunction, a declaration or both; or (b) if paragraph (1)(b) applies—an injunction. (3) Section 395 applies to an application under this section. (4) Where the Minister applies under this section for an injunction, the Federal Court must not require the applicant or any other person, as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give an undertaking as to damages.
