320Evidence of assessment

##### 320 Evidence of assessment (1) This section applies where there is produced: (a) a copy of the Gazette that sets out what purports to be a copy of an assessment made under section 308; or (b) a document that purports to be such a copy. (2) Except so far as the contrary is established, it must be presumed: (a) that the copy of the Gazette sets out, or that the document is, as the case may be, a copy of such an assessment; and (b) that AUSTEL has duly made the assessment; and (c) that the amounts and other particulars set out in the assessment are correct.
