##### 307 AUSTEL may inquire into the correctness of a claim or return AUSTEL may make whatever inquiries it thinks necessary or desirable in order to determine: (a) whether or not a claim by a participating carrier for a levy credit for a financial year correctly states the carrier’s net universal service cost for that financial year; or (b) whether or not a return by a participating carrier of the carrier’s timed traffic for a financial year correctly states the number of minutes of timed traffic of the carrier for that financial year.
