##### 298 AUSTEL to give other participating carriers copies of claims As soon as practicable, and in any case within 14 days, after a claim for a levy credit for a financial year is lodged under section 296 or 299, AUSTEL must give a copy of the claim to each person (other than the person who lodged the claim) who is a participating carrier in relation to that financial year.
