##### 279 Delegation of licensing (1) AUSTEL may, in writing, delegate to another person or body such of its functions and powers under this Division as are specified in the instrument. (2) AUSTEL must not delegate under this section its power: (a) to refuse an application for a cabling licence (subsection 271(5)); or (b) to vary a cabling licence (section 273); or (c) to refuse an application for variation of a cabling licence (subsection 274(4)); or (d) to cancel a cabling licence (section 276); or (e) to make a declaration under section 280.
