##### 268 Performance of cabling work without licence etc. (1) A person must not perform cabling work unless: (a) the person is a licensee; or (b) the person performs work under the supervision of a licensee. Penalty: 120 penalty units. (2) A licensee must not, in performing cabling work, knowingly or recklessly contravene the conditions of his or her cabling licence. Penalty: 120 penalty units. (3) A licensee must take all reasonable steps to ensure that cabling work performed under his or her supervision does not contravene the conditions of his or her cabling licence. Penalty: 120 penalty units. (4) This section does not apply to the performance of cabling work if the customer cabling concerned is connected to a telecommunications network in such a way that it cannot be used for or in relation to the supply of telecommunications services by the use of telecommunications services supplied by a carrier.
