##### 265 Transfer of permits (1) The holder of a permit may, at any time, transfer the permit to another person. (2) The transfer of a permit does not have effect before AUSTEL has been given a notice in writing: (a) stating that the permit has been transferred; and (b) specifying the name and address of the person to whom the permit has been transferred.
