##### 235 Action for failure to connect eligible services (1) Where a carrier contravenes, or proposes to contravene, section 234 by refusing or failing to connect a service to a network at a person’s request, that person or any other aggrieved person may apply to the Federal Court for relief. (2) The relief that may be granted includes an injunction and damages. (3) Section 395 applies to an application under subsection (1) of this section.
