##### 201 BCS tariffs to be publicly available (1) A carrier must ensure that copies of its BCS tariff (if any) are made available for inspection and purchase at each of its business offices. (2) A person may request a carrier to give the person a copy of the whole, or of a specified part, of a BCS tariff of the carrier. (3) A carrier must comply with a request under subsection (2) on payment, by the person who made the request, of such reasonable charge (if any) as the carrier requires. (4) AUSTEL may by writing direct a carrier to publish, in a specified manner and form, the whole or a specified part of a BCS tariff of the carrier.
