152Certificate of registration under this Division

##### 152 Certificate of registration under this Division (1) Where an agreement is, or has been but is no longer, registered under this Division, AUSTEL must, if so requested by a party to the agreement, give to the party a certificate that: (a) is signed by a member of AUSTEL; and (b) specifies the day when it is so signed; and (c) specifies the agreement and either: (i) states that the agreement is registered under this Division on that day and specifies the day when the agreement last became registered under this Division; or (ii) specifies a period during which the agreement was registered under this Division; as the case requires. (2) A document that purports to be a certificate given under subsection (1) and to be signed by a member of AUSTEL: (a) is to be received in evidence without further proof; and (b) is evidence of the matters to which it relates.
