147 Request for material to be put in the confidential part of the register

(1) Where an application is or has been made under section 146, a party to the agreement may request AUSTEL to include in the confidential part of the register a copy of the whole, or of a specified part, of the agreement. (2) A request must be in writing and may be made even if the agreement has already been registered. (3) Where a request is made and the application under section 146 has not yet been determined, AUSTEL must defer consideration of the request until the application is determined.
