##### 144 AUSTEL to keep register (1) AUSTEL must keep a register of access agreements for the purposes of this Division. (2) The register must consist of a public part and a confidential part. (3) The public part must be open to public inspection. (4) Nothing in this Division affects the operation of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
