##### 133 Power extends to carrier’s employees etc. Where, under a provision of this Division, a carrier is empowered to enter on land, inspect land, occupy land or do anything else on, over or under land, the provision also empowers an employee of the carrier, a person acting for the carrier under a contract, or an employee of such a person, to do that thing.
