##### 132 Subdivider to pay for necessary alterations (1) Where it becomes necessary, in the opinion of a carrier, because of the subdivision of any land, to remove, or alter the position of, a facility on, over or under the land, the carrier may enter the land and do anything necessary or desirable for that purpose. (2) The person who subdivided the land is liable to pay to the carrier the reasonable cost of anything reasonably done by the carrier under subsection (1) and that amount may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the carrier.
