##### 127 Enforcement of directions against persons other than carriers (1) Where a person (other than a carrier) has contravened, or proposes to contravene, a direction under subsection 126(2) or (5): (a) AUSTEL may; or (b) a carrier that is or would be affected by the contravention may, with AUSTEL’s written consent; apply to the Federal Court for an injunction restraining the person from engaging in particular conduct, or requiring the person to do a particular act. (2) Section 395 applies to an application under this section.
