##### 125 Carrier may request AUSTEL to give directions about a prescribed arrangement (1) Where, at the commencement of this section, Telecom is a party to an agreement or arrangement prescribed for the purposes of this section (in this Division called the prescribed arrangement), a carrier (other than Telecom or its successor in law) may request AUSTEL to give directions under this Division. (2) Nothing in section 124 affects the validity of regulations purporting to be made for the purposes of this section.
