#### 21 Members of staff to report bankruptcy etc 21 Members of staff to report bankruptcy etc > If a member of staff becomes bankrupt or makes a composition, arrangement or assignment for the benefit of the member’s creditors, the member must— > > > (a) immediately give to the TAFE Commission notice of the bankruptcy, composition, arrangement or assignment, and > > > (b) within such period as the TAFE Commission specifies, provide the TAFE Commission with such further information with respect to the cause of the bankruptcy or of the making of the composition, arrangement or assignment as the TAFE Commission requires. > > **s 21:** Am 2004 No 114, Sch 2.22.
