#### 93S Operation of this Part 93S Operation of this Part > > (1) This Part has effect despite any other provision of this Act or the provisions of any other Act or law (including the [Industrial Relations Act 1996](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1996-017)). Accordingly, a provision of this Part prevails to the extent of any inconsistency between it and any other provision of this Act or of any other Act or law. > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), this Part operates to terminate the employment of an unauthorised person without any disciplinary action having been taken in respect of the person under Part 4A or any other provision of this Act. > > **s 93S:** Ins 2006 No 24, Sch 2.1 \[2\].
