92C Secretary to be notified of serious offences committed by officers and temporary employees
> > (1) An officer or temporary employee who—
> >
> > > (a) is charged with, or who is found guilty of, an offence that is punishable by imprisonment for 12 months or more, or
> >
> > > (b) is charged with, or who is found guilty elsewhere than in New South Wales of an offence that, if it were committed in New South Wales, would be an offence so punishable,

> > must immediately report that fact to the Secretary.

> > (2) On becoming aware of the fact that an officer or temporary employee has been charged with, or has been found guilty of, an offence referred to in subsection (1), the person in charge of the school or place of work in which the officer or temporary employee is employed must also immediately report that fact to the Secretary.

> > (3) The requirement to report to the Secretary under this section does not apply if the matter has already been reported to the Secretary under section 93U.
