49 Appointment of retired officers
(1) The Secretary may appoint an officer who has been retired from the Teaching Service or whose services have been dispensed with under section 72 to a vacant position in the Teaching Service.
(2) An appointment under this section may be made without examination or probation.
(3) (Repealed)
