#### 19 Existing disciplinary charges 19 Existing disciplinary charges > If an officer or temporary employee has been charged with a breach of discipline under Division 6 of Part 4 of this Act that has not been finally determined before the repeal of that Division by the amending Act, the breach of discipline is to continue to be dealt with under the provisions of that Division as if it had not been repealed.
