34A Prosecutions under this Act

[Section 34A Inserted by No. 79 of 2009, s. 23, Applied:01 Jan 2010] A prosecution for an offence against this Act may be instituted –

(a) by the chairperson of the Board; or

(b) by a person authorised by the Board.
