(1) [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 255, Applied:01 Jul 2025] A person may apply to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision that the person is given notice of under section 28 .
(2) [Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 255, Applied:01 Jul 2025] [Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 79 of 2009, s. 18, Applied:01 Jan 2010] In addition to any other order or power it may make or exercise in determining the application, the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal may order the Board to take an action under section 18A , 24 or 26 .
