17F Period of limited authority
[Section 17F Inserted by No. 79 of 2009, s. 8, Applied:01 Jan 2010]
(1) A limited authority has effect for the period not exceeding 2 years determined by the Board.
(2) A limited authority –
(a) takes effect on the day it is granted or a later day specified in the grant of limited authority; and
(b) [Section 17F Subsection (2) amended by No. 33 of 2020, s. 7, Applied:17 Nov 2020] ends, subject to this Act, on the day specified in the grant of limited authority.
