17 Amendment of conditions of registration
[Section 17 Amended by No. 11 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2013] [Section 17 Substituted by No. 79 of 2009, s. 8, Applied:01 Jan 2010] On the application of a person who is registered, or at any time on its own motion, the Board may do one or more of the following:
