84 Existing registration subject to professional development condition (1) This section applies to a teacher who, immediately before the commencement, was registered, whether or not the registration was suspended. (2) On the commencement, the teacher's registration is taken to be subject to a condition that the teacher comply with the requirements of the professional development framework.
