66C Board to share information with police (1) This section applies if: (a) the Board receives information about a teacher or authorised (b) it appears to the Board that the information should be investigated by police. (2) The Board must, without delay: (a) share the information with the Commissioner of Police; and (b) if the person is still employed in a teaching role – inform the person's employer of the person's name and the fact that information about the person has been shared with the Commissioner of Police under this section.
