65 Board may give notice of decision to certain persons if appropriate After making a decision under section 64, if satisfied on reasonable grounds that it is appropriate to do so, the Board may notify a person or body with a legitimate interest in the decision of: (a) the decision; and (b) the reasons for the decision. Note for section 65 The Board may also be required under section 67 to give notice of a decision made under section 64.
