61 Notice of inquiry to teacher or authorised person (1) Following the appointment of an inquiry committee, the Board must give written notice of the inquiry to the teacher or authorised person to whom the inquiry relates. (2) The notice must include the following information: (a) details of the basis of the inquiry as mentioned in section 50; (b) the date, time and place of the inquiry (if known); (c) the names of the members of the inquiry committee; (d) a statement that the teacher or authorised person may, within 14 days after receiving the notice, give the inquiry committee a written statement about the basis of the inquiry.
