47 Board to maintain records of authorisations granted etc. (1) The Board must keep records of all authorisations granted, suspended, surrendered or cancelled. (2) The Board may, on request, provide information to other registration authorities, or to a prospective employer, in relation to authorisations granted, suspended, surrendered or cancelled.
